?? A recording studio based at 321 West 44th Street, The Record Plant was established in 1968 and closed in 1987. Famous for several unforgettable records recorded there but also for being the studio where John Lennon worked on the day he was murdered (8/12/1980) mixing the Yoko Ono-composed song Walking On Thin Ice. John played the guitar there and the title of the song could not have been more prescient (Walking On Thin Ice). From here he left for the Dakota Building where he lived and where he died.

?? Un estudio de grabación con sede en 321 West 44th Street, The Record Plant se estableció en 1968 y cerró en 1987. Famoso por varios discos inolvidables registrados allí pero además por ser el estudio donde trabajó John Lennon el día que lo asesinaron (8/12/1980) en la mezcla de la canción compuesta por Yoko Ono Walking On Thin Ice. Allí John tocaba la guitarra y el título del tema no podía haber sido más premonitorio (Caminando Sobre el Hielo Delgado). De aquí salió hacia el Edificio Dakota donde vivía y donde murió.
